These SMS Terms govern your participation in the Twins Dar SMS marketing program. By opting in via our online sign-up form at twinsdar.com/sms-sign-up or our in-store sign-up form, you agree to the following terms.
Program Description
Twins Dar operates an SMS marketing program that sends recurring promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders) to subscribers, including information about sales, discounts, new arrivals, and special offers.
Opt-In
You may opt in by (1) submitting your mobile phone number through our online SMS Sign-Up form at twinsdar.com/sms-sign-up and actively checking the consent box, or (2) providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our in-store sign-up form. In both cases, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from Twins Dar at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency
You will receive approximately 2 to 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
HELP
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at Support@twinsdar.com or +1 (252) 786-1583.
STOP
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and you will not receive any further marketing messages.
Privacy
Twins Dar will never share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Supported Carriers
The SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
